Registration and your account

1.1 To order from The Meat Up Premium Meat Butchery, simply visit our website and place your order. You do not need to register an account. However, if you do, the system will save your details so that you don’t need to input them next time.

1.2 You must ensure that the details provided by you when you order and/or on registration or at any time thereafter are correct and complete.

1.3 You must inform us promptly of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details. You must make sure your details are correct before each delivery is made.

1.4 You are responsible for all activities and orders that are submitted from your account. We do not advise that you stay logged in to your account if you use a shared computer.

1.5 If you register to use our website you will be asked to create a password. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting us immediately. You should also change your password immediately.


2.1 You may submit orders to us by using our online ordering facility on our website at any time. You will be able to review your order and make any corrections before submitting it to us and by submitting the order you confirm that you have made any such corrections.

2.2 Your submission of an order amounts to an offer to enter a contract to buy the products from us, you cannot then withdraw or cancel your order except as stated below.

2.3 No order is accepted until our website displays the message “Thank you for your order”. A contract for our sale of products to you arises on our acceptance of your order.

2.4 The price that we charge you for the products will be the price stated by us on the website prior to you clicking the ‘place order’ button.

2.5 Products offered by us are subject to seasonal changes in supply levels and supply prices.

2.6 Most of our products are priced by weight. The weight range displayed on the website is recommended by our butcher. However, the weight you receive may vary slightly. You will be charged at the weight specified on your order.

2.7 We cannot take back products that are in good condition once they have been delivered to your address provided.

2.8 It is your responsibility to check your produce carefully against the invoice when you receive it to make sure you have received what your ordered. Missing items must be declared within 2 hours of receiving your order. If an item is found to be missing from your order, or you have received the wrong product, we will do our best to deliver it ASAP or will add a credit to your next order.


3.1 Ordering a product from us carries with it the obligation to pay for it.

3.2 Payment should be made at the time of placing your order by our chosen payment gateway.

3.3 We reserve the right to suspend deliveries to you if you place an order and payment has not been made for your previous order. You agree to compensate us in full against any and all reasonable costs and expenses (including legal costs) that we may incur in obtaining payments due from you that you have not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3.4 Any payments you have made for orders that have been properly cancelled will be credited to you.


4.1 To redeem a Coupon:

 – insert the Coupon code quoted in the coupon offer at the Shopping Cart or Checkout details stage of the online ordering process.

4.2 Coupon discounts can only be redeemed when the order payment is confirmed in the Online store at www.themeatup.com.sg.

4.3 Coupons cannot be redeemed after an order has been submitted and payment is confirmed.

4.4 Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.

4.5 Coupons cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash or payment of accounts.

4.6 www.themeatup.com.sg reserves the right to cancel Coupon promotions at any time.

4.7 These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice from www.themeatup.com.sg.

4.8 The terms and conditions of a specific Coupon may set out restrictions on the use of the coupon including: the range of products available, Coupon validity dates, and/or purchase quantities.

Refund Policy

5.1 If you are unsatisfied with any of the items in your order or any part of the delivery service please contact us – either by email or phone. As we sell perishable goods, we ask that you inspect the food once you have received your order. If you are unhappy with the goods, please contact us immediately (within 2 hours of receiving your order). We will try to exchange or refund any item you feel does not meet our quality standards, or any item that has been damaged in transit.

5.2 If an incorrect item has been delivered, please notify us as soon as possible (within 2 hours of receiving your order). We will replace the incorrect item as soon as possible.

Privacy Policy

6.1 The Meat Up Premium Meat Butchery is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect to make shopping with us possible and to enhance your shopping experience. We do not sell, trade or give your personal information to others.

6.2 If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and if need be, disclose and to whom.
